Job Description – Fleet & Operations Assistant Flexi (MyPop)

Location: Vilvoorde (with occasional vehicle deliveries to customers)
Contract Type: Part-time (1 to 3 days per week, depending on availability)

To support our growth, we’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Fleet & Operations Assistant to join our operations team in Vilvoorde.

🧩 Your Mission

You’ll play an active role in managing our fleet and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

👥 Customer Check-ins / Check-outs

• Welcome customers when picking up or returning a vehicle (on-site or during delivery).

• Perform vehicle inspections (interior, exterior, mileage, fuel level, etc.).

• Explain vehicle features and ensure a smooth and professional experience.

• Record information in our system and report any issues or damages.

🚘 Vehicle Preparation & Maintenance

• Clean and prepare vehicles before each rental (interior and exterior).

• Check fluid levels, tire pressure, and safety equipment.

• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs.

🏠 Home Deliveries & Pickups

• Deliver vehicles to customers (mainly in the Brussels area and surroundings).

• Present the vehicle and ensure a smooth, positive handover experience.

• Collect vehicles at the end of the rental period and perform check-outs on site.
  

🏭 Workshop & Logistics Support

• Organize vehicles, keys, and materials in the warehouse.

• Manage stock of cleaning products, spare parts, and accessories.

• Support daily operations and logistics activities.

💪 Your Profile

• You are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.

• You are friendly, punctual, and customer-focused.

• You’re confident behind the wheel and comfortable driving in city traffic.

• You speak fluent Dutch (required).

• You have a good level of French and English, allowing you to communicate easily with customers and colleagues.

• Driver’s license B required for 2 years or longer (proven driving experience).

• Previous experience in car rental, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
